why do you chose to stay and remain?
with the field a heap of your comrades slain
and the insturment with blood's fresh stain
while the roots of memory grow insane

despatch ur kin with thrust and bain
poison hills of lands estranged
as you continue to fill the graves
lined with remenance of enchanted days

with hopes of dreams past regained
consumed readily to oponents gain
as the lust of mars doth refrain
why do you chose to stay and remain?

fear of change's aftermath
yet steped readily into its path
do you not remember forbarer's pain?

to the heavens motives inane
as contenents crumble for fallen names

but yeh, the meaning i kinda found like war or something like, why od they stay in Iraq when we caught buddy, or soemthing along those lines, i'm probly totally off, but o well.

NOw for the the poem itself it was pretty good, simple structure, good flow, and somple vocab, nice poem, i liked it

dont feel sad!!! this is a gud poem, i think that the imagey is right along the lones of wat krem sed, it gives off a vibe of war.........i think this is a gud peice tho cuz war is sucha big part of lyf rite now....
