My soul once burned bright as radiant light ....
Since then I've contemplated life on the blade of a knife
I've had the latest of ngihts ...the bravest of fights
We look for a savior in christ ...but find bad behavoir in sight

Here ...let me give you an outside point of view....
Grew up from short steps then onto trics ...
Took a big leap forward to two wheel bikes ..!
Sports was my shit, team support plus I never quit...
Clever wit ...was known as a real gifted athletic kid...
School was a breeze, the kind cold enuff to freeze..
I was pullin catholic girls like you wouldn't beleive..!
But after 8th grade, there was just somethin a miss...
Wasted a year of my life to end up dumpin the bitch..!
First time I fell in love in consumed my socail chores...
Didn't let it happen again & smoke abused my vocal cords!
Fell into drugs & alchohol ...it was like I was trapped
Ran against thugs in the game we had to stay strapped!
Started flippin for this older kid my pockets were fat..
People came to me cuz the bags I was stockin were packed!
I learned a little bit about supply and demand as I'm lookin back...
Now I gotta put my times into words and write this book of raps!

i liked this, it was packed out with multis, you attacked hip-pop (well done there). i really liked your second verse, brilliant flowing and some funny as hell lines. the hookwas nice, the vocab was nice but not overstated. good work man.

I like your shit~it's always long and intersting..lot of people write some long ass dreadful shit,but you always come dope...I said this before and I'll say it again I think you are oneof the best battlers around here..and this was dopey!!!

This was an ill piece. Actually i came in this thread a few times and left because i saw how long it was. Then i said fuck it, if I'll read 7 or so pices today why not choose this one and forget about one of the herb pieces. Anyway, I loked this alot. I like the story telling and i liked the emotion throught the pice. The emotions changed throught, but thats one of the things that made it ill. You also had some nice multis. Overall, this was a pretty decent piece. Keep up the good work.
