High School Diploma
 

I saw on tha news that the Board of Education said that the high school diploma is losing its meaning. So that led me to ask where do you kids keep your high school diploma? My moms got mine at her house on tha damn fireplace thingy next 2 my brother's its a damn shame cuz i graduated from a different skool then my brother and his diploma is damn near twice the size of mine!!!!!!!!

what does it do?
i know it something to do with passing your exams or whatever, but it seems like you frame it an then put it up?
in uk we get our results slips, put them in our ROA an take them to jobs.

I graduated from an American school in London so i don't know how they do it in the states, but we got a framed kinda piece of paper wit our name on it, and rather or not we graduated with honors (fuck my Art teacher) then we got some little piece of garbage shit that we were supposed to keep, i threw mine in tha air wit my hat and called it a day.

thats another thing ya'll have hats and gowns in america witch brings us back to ya'll take it to seriously. i got my results on a cold day on my own, and to be perfectly honest g.c.s.e's dont mean shit. I've been on a few job interviews and they didnt even ask of them. FUCK EXAMS!!!

so they do matter, my friend works at KFC, if he gets an a level in maths, he get a 10% raise on his hourly rate!

sounds like a plan to me, high school diploma in America is important because they are becoming rare, with the military starting to hire people with GED's because of the lack of people re-enlisting after the war a High School Diploma is important. Not really the diploma itself but what it represents.

Cool For Ya Mate I Didnt Know That, I'm Workin In A Book Punlishin Firm At The Mo And They Didnt Ask For My Gcse's And My Job Is Great. I Guess They Do Matter In The Long Run But Not At The Mo. Well At Least Not For Me!!

It will be a gangster diploma. I got expelled, so I go to a school for expelled kids. It will be written a Kleenex probably.
