i got 1 as well and a day after i stumbled across that website, mine aint that bad tho, ya just have to keep toppin the charge up. and i think wen it says the battery is low that just means theres like 2 hours left!!! if ya still have problems with it, send it to apple with the warenty and the'll send ya a new 1. apple are aware of the problem and have a good customer service deparment!!!!

People should know better just by seeing that word. Apple. *shudder*
