Definition of an MC
 

MCs come and go, flow and soe a hole so everyone knows
They were here once before, they opened the door for us to show
That we road, a lyrical conquest, tests and trying to be the best
Ending up on television, livin', the life stars dream of while they rest
Respect, next to earning approval, from your friends and your pupils
Old Skewl Grafiti, their chances of sucess was like having Quadruppels
Super stars from ghetto locations, started a sensation, for the nation
Mics in the 70s,was crazy, but it started to become a street temptation
Toleration was neccesary, for the dreamed, dreams these kids carried
Size and Weight don't matter, you was a rapper, of course people Varied
From streets to skewls, they rule, underground is their own tool
They always use rhymes as weapons, testin' their skills in a 1 on 1 duel
Cool kids ran the blocks, Shot out, regular kids, from lil Ems or 2pacs
Some died young, it's never done, kids wondering which MC got shot
But race isn't a case, it's been raised another level, it's already a blaze
My defintion of a MC, 2 me, is someone who hasn't recieved but always gave
