breakdown of the truth's verse:

flow:it'd flowed nothing too complex kinda simple but it got the job done 7/10

punches:this is where you really lacked a couple of broad open throws but nothing personal, best line,"be like lil kim find a bridge then jump off/or u can put yo mouth on a barrel and let the pump off", mah? 3/10

volcab: not much here pretty simple nothing great 4/10

overall:14/30 it seemed like you really didn't try

breakdown of g-deuce's verse:

punches: not really direct you didn't have anything that made me say 'damn!' but you had enough to win my fav line,"I treat his gurl like the TWIX commercial but LEFT HIM OUT OF THE MIX!" i'd give 7/10

volcab: better then your oppenent but that's it. could of spent some more time here still good enough to win though 6/10

flow: good but not great i give you more points then your oppenent cause you had a slightly better complexity 8/10

overall:21/30

His flow was kinda harsh i had to re read a couple lines to get em but his punches and structure made up for it truth somebody must a fuckin lyed to you when they said you could rap or somptin

This Was Almost even But Yet G Duece Came With Some punches i didn't think he had

The breakdown:
TRUTH would've had the upper hand with his aggressive opening lines (up through "castle"), except that "sheep cattle" broke the flow and came off kinda corny sounding. The middle four lines (up through "kicked off") were pretty weak; the "bad trail", "water" and "football" comparisons made sense at least but lacked impact or any interesting spin on the concepts. The last couple of lines were the strongest part, but still didn't really rise to the next level of battle skills.

G-Deuce had a strong opening four lines, taking control of the battle right away. Then three so-so lines followed by a decent punch ("left him out da mix"). A couple more punches that weren't original but got the job done (I figure "corn rolls" was supposed to be "corn rows"). And finally a somewhat flimsy final jab, even if it contained good imagery.

I'm thinking on the whole G-Deuce was more consistently solid with his punches in spite of fizzling out at the end, so he gets the vote.
