Yo, i live in london and so i hear a shitload of rappers. Theres Loads of good english rappers but why do they always put a shit background beat to there tunes? I keep hearing english rappers spitting over some jazz n shit, I mean what the fuck is that all about?

Too much garage culture has made for a lack of rhythm in most of them. They try something slow and they're lost.
