also vets..i got a phat OPEN MIC that tha people sed wud sound betta az an audio and i gotta notha i think will sound blasted as a audio

you can get a nice setup with for about 200-400 and some downloading

Cheap is wut a normal person wut think isn't outrageous..

You on a Low Budget....so I would

1) Save up more money
or
2) Go to radioshack get a $40 dollar unidirectional microphone
*Optional- get a $25 microphone stand and get a $25 pop filter

Download Kazaa then use Kazaa to Download Cool Edit Pro 2.0/Adobe Audition FULL VERSION

Cool Edit Pro (CEP) is good for beginners and easy to use just play around it and read tutorials....tell me if you need help using a recording program

acid 4.0 studio is pretty easy to use, thats what i have, you can go to any store that sells software and buy it for 60 dlooars, its from sony so its sure to be good quality

get at least a 30 dollar micropphone for good recording quality

and to make beats............ you can download fruity loops for free at kazaa, or any other p2p downloading program, for free

get some good headphones, so when you record listen to the beat in you headphones so the mic. wont pick up the beat

thats a really low budget you got there
