u dont know shit.. eminems songs are 95% all of the same beat, rythm and everything.. he sucks, he sounds more like a rocker than a rapper..

What's the point of saying one is better than the other? Does there have to be a greatest of all time? No.. they don't even rap about the same thing generally. Frankly, many of Pac's songs don't appeal to me that much because I don't run with a gang, I haven't been to prison, etc whereas I think eminem's songs are sometimes more universal, and he is also just an incredible lyricist.
