We want the best battle MCs and B-Boys/B-Girls to compete with our finest, and we wanna let y'all know it ain't gonna be easy...

Here's a brief background on LAST MAN STANDIN'

- a one-on-one, toe-to-toe MC and Breaker FREESTYLE battle competition
- started July 2002
- biggest battle in the city
- crazy exposure - one local MC sold 18 copies in one hour
- three unbiased judges decide the winner in each category
- judged on originality, freestyle capabilities, charisma, presense, hunger and skill
- we've had competitors from Montreal, T.O., Halifax, North Bay, Quebec, and of course Ottawa


Last Man Standin' 8 WILL BE IN LATE JUNE/EARLY JULY, WITH PRIZED MONEY OF $300 IN EACH CATEGORY & 2 HOURS OF STUDIO TIME (provided by SWAPP Studios 613-738-3122) for the MCs.
