None of our accounts have PMs disabled. We will not be giving out mod spots if those people haven't been active. In fact, if they have old accounts and never made a visit to this board since it has opened, their accounts are now disabled and possibily pending deletion. They will need to contact one of us to move their account out of that usergroup before they will be able to post.
