Ok I don't believe that I have enough posts to do the poll vote but I liked this battle so u'mma comment on it....I read other merk battles and this doesn't seem up to his usual at all....I was gonna say "fuck you" but I'm leaving it on the shelf/
cause I don't have to flip the "bird" ya verse just "duck"-ed itself/ I put bird and duck in the quotes cuz I felt they deserved it... Godfather came pretty decent too...I liked a lot of his word play...Maybe it's just in the way I'm reading it because everyone interperuts the flow different...but I think a lot of the second halfs of your lines would be better shortened...For example I think it would've flowed better had you said Memph Bleek rather than Memphis Bleek...This battle makes me glad I can't vote because I really can't decide the win loss on this one to me ya'll tied Although I do think Merk would've had this one in the bag had he tried...I couldn't feel the usual spirit in his verse |
