Torn Apart
- London, England, 1962 -
I watched as .. .. two teenagers of different ethnicity, embarked in humour .. .. a scene that would of brought tears to the face of Martin Luthor as they acted out his dream .. which i then stared & admired .. .. sensing the love & friendship, captured in those flares of sapphire in the young, black girls eyes .. as she concentrated intensly .. .. hanging from every single word that her caucasian friend speaks. They conversated intellectually .. the male gazing a while .. .. to marvel at the beauty, held inside her radiant smile. The expressions on both their faces, showed true romantic bliss .. .. as the couple paused for a moment .. to hold hands and kiss. The couple walked carelessly, through emerald blades of grass .. .. when suddenly .. A group of white youths came wading past. Eight surrounded his girlfriend .. One stood infront of him .. .. then hurled racial abuse; based on the colour of her skin. This was more than he could take; so he finally lashed out .. .. but in just a matter of seconds .. He was beaten back down. Their attention turned to the female; she started crying at once .. .. the group kicked and punched her, til she was lying in blood The male was injured badly .. couldnt manage even a step .. .. and so he had to lie helpless; as she was beaten to death. - London, England, 2004 - He'll be fourty three this year - but the pain he's felt .. .. still tugs on his hearts strings .. as he blames himself & each night before he sleeps, he kisses a picture of her .. .. not afraid of the arrogant, that label him "Nigger lover" He saw the bigger picture & loved what he saw faced w. him .. .. It's just a shame their hearts, were Torn Apart by racism. |

Great clear piece with a solid flow. This was awesome. Obviously a sad story but it was really well done. What I really enjoyed of this piece was the vocabularly and descriptive lines.

this was good... solid multis carried the flow...
best part was the story... well told with even pacing... not sure it was mad fire... as far as creative rhymes... not saying the rhymes were bad... they just didn't have much wordplay i guess... why did you bother posting this here? I dunno... |
