State Capitol - First thing is that you had a real good closer. Nice way to end it. Yo verse was good. Punches were nice. Only thing i din't like was that i could predict a couple of ya rhymes.

Lil Scrappy - Nice closer and punches just as state. Yours seemed a little stronger at first but it seems like that only cuz it's longer. This is probably one of tha closest battles ive voted on yet. I'm goin wit state cuz he was just an inch ahead lyrically.
