All I Gotta Say...is Jusss Think In Ya Head....and Think Of Words That Rhyme And When It Comes To Rhymin Put Those Words Into Different Situations In Lyrics.......

quick but not very helpful lesson on rhyming:

rhyming is very easy, watch me:

1-2 sylible rhyming:

I am gay//
i smoke weed everyday//
outsider needs to elevate//
but this guy doesn't even really know how to masturbate//
^^no hate//
but dont be getting Economics in a rage//
or he'll rape ur mom in a bamboo cage///

that's just an example and the confessions aren't true

3+ syllible and more complex rhyming(which if u think about it, ain't that complex:

yo this bitch rhymes like he's a asian driver//
who found his licence out of a cereal box, bitch take up a profession as a dick rider//
he is just a outsider, he's having trouble rhyming//
the only time he flows is when he's ejectuating//

sorry i can't come up with better rhymes but, this is it, think about how these words are pronounced, and read it out loud, then find words that rhymes with it.....

and people believe me, i'm way better than this, check out and vote at y battle, which i only used half the effort:

Really, I would just stick to a multi or two in a set of lines, where you generally rhyme just one syllable (end rhyme). Like:

You are in the muck, you clearly suck
I am so cool, I drive a truck

You can even do 3 multis in a line, make it a bit longer though because otherwise the flow might get too choppy. There's also comlex rhyming, where you rhyme two words with one or two words. Like:

I'm known for defeating douchebags
And you have less support than Larouche has

The nicest rhyme, I think, is a combination of a multi and two syllable rhyming.

The most important thing is really to learn how to ditch the rhyming dictionary, and worry about vowel sounds, and which letters sound enough alike to rhyme.

^^dont steal my thunder
nahhhhh just joking cuz

JPoll 06-29-04 04:20 AM

listen to shadow's edge the kid is supremely elevated for this site...also read my keystyles...there full of multi's and complexe rhyming schemes...use nice vocab...don't always rhymes words together that they can guess what the last bar will be...

like...mic and dyke or trike bike...

use things like... weakness and facetious
or hospital and profitable...it's easy and it makes things more interesting...

infinite 06-29-04 05:34 AM

you've helped me alot cheers, I find dat complexity shows more creative which is how I like to write lyrics cuz it sounds boring with perfect rhymes but do you have to use dem now and again to mix up the flow... how does it work?

Shadows edge 06-29-04 11:49 AM

Yeah, perfect rhymes are nice when you are doing an internal rhyme scheme, or something tricky, otherwise people might not catch it.

so if you do something like:

xxxxA xxxB
xxB xxxxxA

you want that to rhyme pretty well, or people won't catch it.
