i remember when she first said it
at first i went along with it
and finally as we progressed
i fell for her
i remember laying there mid morning
conversation
something about something
and she turned around
and i held her tight but i felt her grip loosin on my hand
the events that created all those days of laying in my boxers
and sitting in front of the t.v with my coco puffs
i remember looking at your eyes blue staring straight at me
i couldnt believe the words that left your mouth
i had kissed those lips first under a star filled sky
i remember chasing you through the garage
and yelling everything that came to mind
i hope you understand i was afraid of losing you
and then you were gone
i hopped in the intrepid and went home
laid down and went into that phase again
i couldnt think of anything but you
i didnt understand all i could see was you face
i wish you hadnt left like this but
never saw it comming
i know we had our differences
but i didnt think it would push you away
it was probably over when
you cheated but there is nothing to say
about that , irrelevant pasts , that led to uncertain futures
i still remember the innocene that we had
i woke up and i stared at my ceiling
layed there and tried to remember
but i lost every picture
and so i went on just with out those memories
