Dude, this poll sucks. Shame on you for not including Black Thought. Have Ness, Cassidy or Freeway won a Grammy? I think not. But that doesn't mean anything, Black Thought's definitely the best out of Philly, and his 6 albums with The Roots have proved it.

Blackthought is and always will be the illest out of Philly. Everybody on that list sucks shit, though. Freeway has NEVER said a hot line, so he's out. Isn't Ness that dude from "Da Band"? If so, he's the nicest out the them, and even Puff can kill him. That means he's shit. And Cassidy shouldn't even be mentioned up there. Cassidy shouldn't be mentioned in his HOUSE.
