hotshh, you did yo thang cuz... I think the your flow was better furst of all.. you had some internal rhyme which he lacked that helped. youu had better punchlines also, they jus hit better.. the set up was also better which made it sound cleaner.. you stucture was better, he had a couple of stretched lines.. so i have to vote for you on this one..
