I wanna know something.. ok, logically personals should exist on a computer, the only thing that you'd know about me is what i tell you.. now, how is it that personals are such a big factor on scoring battles? Check, i've been just tryna find anything just coz i know that personals count, though naturally i don't like using them.. for 1, any idiot can come up with a rumor and just dwell on it to make you look bad and therefore take the battle. what about talent man? what about cleverness and dexterity. Why can't we base scoring from punch lines, metas, wordplay, vocab, and all of the stuff that actually makes you talented.. just some confusion about it, because I could have a tight as verse and win in every ctegory, but if dude has some so-called good personals, then it's all bad, no on cares if you have skills, they like gossip and it makes them feel as if it is better entertainment, yet it doesn't reflect the craft of battling.. i don't know, just a comment..

My bad, i meant to bring that up, one of the few acceptions is prolly when you combine a punch and personal, or when you play off someones name, ya know? So I agree, but like for instance, For$aken, he gave a link to everything that i said, and they were'nt even hard hitting or creative, but he won the category of personals every time.. that's all.

I'm feeling what you're saying on some things. Like the battler with the hardest hits and higher level of creativity should take the battle. But... when i see someone win and their punches could have been directed at anyone, wheras the other guy has at least attempted. I'm like, what the fuck? I don't think that's fair. I hate prewriting unless it's got personals. And... personals in themselves are creative so I think you have to be more open about this sort of thing.
