"the root of evil"
 

There's a seed of evil that nurishes in our own soul/
It prospers within us, until our flesh grows old/
The seed bears a tree that's fruitful of our sins/
Without the roots the tree perishes so if we stop the evil we win/
Born with innocence so it's safer in the bosom/
Babies would rather just stay in the womb thats why the mothers haveta push em/
Since the genesis the root of evil flourished/
The minute Adam bit the apple the root of evil was nourished/
Demons lurk inside all of us but they should never sway our decisions/
They make evil look so good and plant themselves under our skin like unclean incisions/
We blame eachother for the flaws we posses/ till we realize ourselves were the ones possesed/
All our wrong doings will be exposed when our souls are put to rest/
It's the root of evil, kind of hard to suceed when our minds are the ones poisoned by greed/
Accepting ourselves as our weakness is the hardest task/
But it's impossible to show our emotions if we put up our masks/
Our pride is our weakness so when you stand up you fall/
We fight the root of evil together so when we stand up we stand tall/
The media stresses me, got the devil tryin to test me, but I ain't never let em get the best of me/
I hope when I die God visions all the gifts I used for holy purposes, never curses/
Thats why I spread love and respect to the God who made me in all my verses/
I thank God for givin me the root of evil because it tests my faith endurance/
God covers the bad with the good I call Him my holy insurance/
Next time the root of evil got you thinking unholy thoughts, just remember your God, remember the cross

this was an ill topic, they're are very few people who like the philosophic style, you wanna collab

this was a very good topic and i was feling this alot.. it had some nice wordplay.. okay emotions.. but the only think that mess'd up your peom alittle was the structure it was off .. and you really need to work on that.. so keep elevating and keep it up .. pretty good drop..

Personally, I really was feelin this. The topic was a very good one, and you did it well. The only problem, though, as ...God... said, is the flow is off. Some of the bars seem stretched. Work on that. Otherwise, Nice piece. I enjoyed it.
