but "for the record" this "child of the streets" don't know what to do
so i met up with an "average man" he gently took my hand
and told me his "suicidal thoughts" were now a thriving plan
so i'm walkin down the street and see a girl with "bad intentions"
crack fucked her over with her messed up hair extension
it was sad. i passed her up, saw, what i thought, and innocent guy
asked me if i'd like to make some money i said "why wouldn't i?"
but i knew he was "up on things" so i passed by with a little spring
and i slowed my stroll when i saw white jeans on a swaying swing
she asked, "got urself a gun"? i said i dont need one
"what they gon do" when "shit hits the fan"?.... "run"!
i started walkin and smilin, bumped into a "certified g"
he said he got that "purple haze" i said that dont satisfy me
i only go for natural highs so i dont do natural buys
he was happy with my decision and walked by kind of sly
gettin back home was on my mind but i had plenty of time
i walked by a souped up crack head who ironically to me, "relax your mind"
