Cool Edit Pro 2.0 Vs. Acid Pro 4.0
 

Basically i've been doing a little research and i'm confused.. I've heard that cool edit is easier to use and is better, but why does everyone recommend Acid Pro and why does it cost more. basically i wanted to know which program is better in your opinion..

I Think Acid Pro (From What Iv'e Bin Told) Is For Peeps wit Alot More Experience With Recording ... Cool Edit Is Easy To Understand And Jus As Good Or even Better ...

i got cool edit now but i cant figure out how to put beats on it? :help:

I use cool edit....for beats you should use Fruity Loops

acid pro is for begginers in audio... cool edit is WAY more advanced... also got better sound quality..

I heard the other way around, i heard that cool edit was easier, but you'd know better than i do.. it doesn't matter though, i have both, so i'll just work with em both, coz i keep getting different opinions..

cool edit is just for recording.. acid 4.0 allows you to create beats in a relatively easy manner and spit and record at a consistant level.. the price is for the loops and i encourage u jack i mean buy.. cool edit then either search soundclick for beats or get fruity loops..

I don't know about fruity loops, it looks too complicated.. but cool edit and acid pro seem pretty easy, which one would you say has the better sound quality after everything is mixed and etc..
