Cool Edit Pro Help Needed
 

Ight, here's the deal. I just got my mic over the weekend and the cool edit pro demo. But there is one problem. How do I record and play the music at the same time.

For some reason, when I try to record on the song, it records over the song. When I try to record on another, it records my voice and not the music. So how do i record my voice on instead of over the music.

OK Do You Mean That Your Voice is Being Recorded Over Tha Beat ... Did You Insert tha Beat (Wave) And its There On Track One ...See Where It says Track 2 Underneath Track 1 Click The R (Red Button) This Will Tell Cool Edit here To Record ... If Im Not Explaining Right Or Your Talkin Bout Sumfin else Hit Me Up ... Hope This Helped ...

So when I press the red button on the second track, do just press play and it will record altomatic, or do i have to press record at the button left also.

Jus Press Record And It Will Do It ... Unless you Got Tha Record Button Clicked On The 1st Track ... If So I Think You Done This Wrong ... U Did Insert It ... And Not Jus Play Tha Beat And Record ?
