if you don't ban him, you are basically saying that people are allowed to bite multiple times, recycle, and aim people to vote for you .

Strobe can ban someone on AOL. I will admit, he is very good at what he does .. at one time he banned me, while i was using aol - i couldnt post on the site at all.

lol IP bann is possible.. but i dout it.. if you`re Repoted TWICE for biting meaning you make a new nick and bite AGAIN you will be IP banned.
