I don't know if this was already spoken upon. On the Kill Bill Vol. 2 Mixtape, Foxy Brown said,"S. Carter, 25 Mill," or something like that. So I have to ask...is Jay-Z gonna build another empire from the ground up? And do u think Foxy is one of his artist? If so, I don't blame him for making that move. HOllA aT Me!!
