Concrete Hell A Poem for All
 

"you come in with "hopes" but never hope to go out again
walking through those doors you have taken the oath to give up what is right and sane
captured within stories of pain and suffering you will never be able to tell
you're silenced yet free entwined in pleasure with pain ~welcome to Concrete Hell~ "

Quietly you thread with caution down the steps of the "realm of Darkness"
Your mind translates uncertainty into fear yet your eyes remain focus
You know your calling is to "spit flames" yet you are cold
Doubting your shadow - grasping your soul
Around you are walls filled with paintings from another dimension
You see "Fallenangels" and "Torturous Souls", images beyond your imagination
Walk down the halls, you reach the Battle Haven
The battle has already started your name enlisted as participant number seven
Preparation is not needed for all are already dead
Though pride is the prize to fight for as it is said.....

Thrown into the pits of hell and surviving is not to be taken lightly
You scream for help but alas your fear only feed the evil souls of "demonic deities"
Laughter is unheard of between these walls of doom
The smell of roses decapitates your mind - here the suffering blooms
Thy ask, but still do not receive an answer except for a bolt of lightning
"Don't question authority you lowly minion" such is this "worlds" enlightening
How does this place maintain such high level of population are your thoughts
the answer is "All have sinned and falled short of the glory of God"
Those who finish the "good race" are hailed as heroes for eternity
But those who fail just continue to burn in the flames of destruction eternally

Well considering the fact that I cant stand things that dont flow. I actually thought this described a story well it was dope for poetry.. The picture in my mind was like old roman gladiator fights and the anticipation or anxiety felt before heading out the gates.

Vocab was off the hook and the imagry was dope too. Good shit.
