Should be handled....it's an herbish way to win...and if you get mad because of this thread you are one of them....isnt' there a black list for a reason....doesn't this stop people from voting on your battles??...If so..the i say two things...

A) Immediately report one of those buggers who beg for votes to an SM or Admin.

B) Study who it is that's doing it...and immediately place them on your Blacklist if you can't give valid proof of them PMing you.

ive already pmed strobe that id mod it im waiting on his response and fucking pming for votes thats not the problem the problem is people are trading votes how the fuck is my bkbrawla battle 3-3 omg what the fuck??!!thats the problem we gotta catch people trading votes im on enough to do that :thumbup:

I made a thread about this in LL last night.

The only way to stop this problem is by influencial members forcing the idea that it is wack and hopefully we can keep it to a minmum. D/R is hard to prove and people can become pretty crafty about how they twist words in order to vote for their friends.

But like I said. Best way to changed the D/R problem, is to change the attitude of people.

I jus became active here yesterday....and I've had at least 4 people AIM me for votes already

i've had 12 pm'es for the past 2 days askin me to vote...
and 5 people IM me on AIM.

yea get rid of the d/r n in this place, its hard to beat some of the newbs becuz of them havin friends who vote for them.

A mod should be apointed in the Front Lines and a thread should be stickied where people list names of members who PM them with a quote attached of the PM. And when the problem is checked, the user would be D/Qed from all their currantly open battles.

IMing for votes is a little harder because the Admins and mods have no juristiction outside the forum website and information can easily be forged with no way of checking the authenticity.

But cutting off half the problem is better then leaving it alone compleatly.
