Love… All I wanted to do… was surround you… simply…cover you…
comfort you… cherish you… keep you near… forever…

My heart… torn… raped… and discarded…
My soul… tired… as if I am no longer willing to go on…
My mind… confused… as if I do not except what has just happened…

:: The unexpected has come to past ::

Our love… is nothing more than a faint memory…

What was once in my hands… has crumbled…
I try to hold on… struggling to gripping tighter… but… the remaining ashes… seep through my hands… slowly…

:: What… has forced you to no longer love me, care for me… like I did for you… ::

I pray I am not at fault…
I shall do anything to make us work… prosper… last… forever…

I tell myself to move on… my feet… heavy… I have not the strength… to move…

I ask why… :: silence… ::

Miscommunication… Led to no communication…
Hugless goodbye’s… Emotionless I love yous…
You no longer look me in the face…………

My world revolves around you……
Abandoned… Stranded… alone… coldness takes over… illumination is gone… darkness…

I need you… your gone…

You feed my soul… your gone…

damn dawg!!!! poetry, too?!!! this was some really good shyt... especially with that free-verse style ya used in this drop. real emotional... deep... made a brother wunna snatch his shorty up and wisk her off to da poconos for da weekend just because...lol... for real tho, i liked this shyt a lot...9.5/10

You know, i've read all of your drops Ice Pick, but i must say, this was the most raw, full of emotions, and just dripping with every type of feeling, your words set the tone well here, and i liked the way you set this up, kind of like your love was rain drops, and they were falling away....thats how you wrote this...well, what i took from it...but so intense man, i always enjoy reading your pieces,and in time,your broken heart will mend........1
