How do i make borders on Sigs.

open ya sig in your art design program such as psp or photo shop and than go to image and look for border around there.im not sure tho

Only if I could make animated sigs, haha sorry no free ones, I will once i get enough to hook my name and shit up, and hit the image then go to glow and choose the color you want your border to be.
