No disrespect to ODB or nothing (R.I.P.)...but dude was weak...no hits that were really tight came from him. I dont know why Roc-A-Fella even signed that nigga. Nobody wants to even burn a CD that they KNOW is gunna be weak...

Compose 11-29-04 07:48 PM

^werd no disrespect either but im not feelin him...aint heard any tight shit

peace

But I wouldn't say he wasn't good. It's different and I believe different for a reason. It's funny to listen to, and that's what makes him so great. He just wasn't serious about rapping. He loved it, but he had a totally different style. Or at least that is what I got out of his music.

it was his best becuase its was his most played but check this....Raw Hide, Brookyln Zoo, Ghetto Super Star were chart topers... ODB classic rapper important to wu tang success..

NeptuneHurricane 12-02-04 05:40 PM

Yeah. Dont forget the WU! Are they still togethor, or is it spelled together?

Marshall Law 12-02-04 06:04 PM

I'm loving this new trend that's started... Rappers that release cd's after they're dead. I bet most of you hadn't heard ODB until he passed away and some random asshole told you who he was.

NeptuneHurricane 12-02-04 06:22 PM

Except maybe not. Everyone knew who he was before that. What the hell man, you just got here and already tryin to start shit?

Compose 12-02-04 06:32 PM

i heard of odb before he died and hes wack...all of a sudden he dies hes suppose to get recognition...ok respect him for where hes gotten and may he R.I.P, but that doesnt mean u have to dick ride his music

peace

NeptuneHurricane 12-02-04 06:36 PM

What do you mean. We aren't dickriding his music. Wtf. The topic is his new mixtape. We like him cuz he has a different style. Maybe you don't prefer that style, but if we enjoy it - that doesnt mean its dickriding. k?
