My eyes opened n all i saw was darkness
umbilicals snaped...the pain was sharpness
My lungs intensified.. I was gasping for breath
Yung was sent ta rise..feeling da fresh air passing ma chest
Victims?? im marking ma next with humour dat'll have ya laughing ta death
The surgeon was gentle as he cradled me
he played n instrumentle as no machine stabled me
I was fading quick but i heard a voice leering
I came equipped wit ma circular eyes peering
I had tiny lil slits..ma eyes barely opening
family baring gifts as doctors caring n soaking him
Umbilical cord in one hand, mic in da other
I was quickly damned as hip hops ma brother
A firey temper..aiming straight for da centre
Insides where da demon lurks..youd best not enter
Spitting flames mixed wit acid in da surgeons face
rippin lames as ma trix were massive which worsened da case
The surgeons were arguing, they rowed as i breathed
I slowly sat up n they all bowed to their knees..........

I escaped da hospital... hardly alive
staring wit ma opticals, it was a ghastly sight
I thought of jesus..was i ment ta pray?
for fuks sake man tis like 0 centagrade
Just been born, couldnt speak, couldnt walk
I was communicating even though doctors said i shouldnt talk
Till at least i grew n became more nourished
Aim a speech at you coz da day i was born i was lyrically flourished
N fact is yung wouldnt listen 2 what nobody was telling him
hell i was spitting before ma hands n feet were developing
Thinking a killing...ma mind spinning
Only a day old, this just da beggining
Yung flows strong..so there aint no breaking him
i just pray ta god that u ready for the awakening.....................
