Everyday the struggle continues to go on,
Everyday ignorance continues to be born,
Stereotyping a group of people because of skin color is wrong, thats why
Everyday the races of this great nation remain torn.

Everyday I see if I can pass the test,
Everyday I try to find new ways to eliminate stress,
And I never forget to realize that I'm truly blessed, and
Everyday it shows in the words that I manifest.

Everyday I try to reflect on life and its trials,
Everyday I look bacc and see nothing but a hard stare and fake smiles,
In these shoes, I've walked quite a few miles and
Everyday I move around people just standig in the isles.

Everyday I still try to lead the way, And
Everyday they came up with somethang new to say,
I never get caught up in the games people play,
Everyday I get stronger......... everyday is a new day
