i think it was pretty tite... it has rappers that are sposed 2 be dissin them (em, fifty) but they arent ja rule or benzino...n e ways..proof gets shot and dies in the hospital...really thought it was dope

I understand it perfectly, but realize the only reason Em's beef was so big was because it was exploited so much, and because there were just so many factors in it (Benzino, Inc., 50, Death Row, etc.)
Personally I thought it was all just pointless. Sure there were some good diss tracks involed, but it doesn't compare to the Canibus vs. LL beef. That one had a purpose. From what I've seen/heard (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that the 50/Ja beef began entirely based on Ja's jealousy of 50. And the Benzino/Em beef was just because Benzino thought Em was a negative influence on hip hop because of his "Cleanin' out my Closet" video. That second statement is a fact, as I remember seeing Zino openly state that on Tha Bassment...
