I Miss My Dreams
 

Never did i realize that i can fall so deep into my dreams...
They've held deep incisions to the way the world seems...
I hold confessions, but only state them in this situation...
As i wander looking for the truth, as i'm lost in manipulation...
I've cursed it once, i've even cursed it twice...
But i still go back to it as if i were to ask for advice...
Now no longer can i dream, the real world subsists...
I try to heal the pain of reality, but can no longer rub it...
I use to spite my dreams and despise my slumber...
Tried again to count sheep, but reality's got my number...
In my dreams i was able to love, able to feel felicity(happiness)...
Finally i was rich and famous with tons of publicity...
I could have killed a man, with one touch and no trouble...
I could have popped as many pills as i wanted, and never be on the bubble...
But now i no longer dream, the truth has hit me hard...
i try to fight the feeling, but only wind up with a scar...
i realize now, my fantasies can never be what i wish for them to seem...
like death was a synonym for sleep, i miss my dreams...
