but most people begin with text cause it's easier and as Glyph. said to get the hang of it all.But everyone should be here to try to progress and i think that going audio is an important step towards that so good point. And if former textees claim text is wack, they just being hypocritical cause they started off there just like everyone else...

I still think text battling is sorta pointless though.. Something that could be skipped in the process.

For some, the text battling can be a big help, for others it's unnecessary...Everyone should just decide for themselves how exactly they want to progress, at what pace and so on...One thing i know is that i'm definately working towards turning audio soon, just because i like it better than text but that's a personal choice i guess ...

All i got is text..believe it or not..Its very hard to obtain..
I'm 14...by the way...and I have to rely on my parents mostly
all the time..and there pretty muhc unreliable..but I can flow
without text..just you can't hear it..just cuz I'm not doing something
doesn't mean I can't do it...its very hard for me...very...

^I'm feeling you on the parents stuff...that's why i also said it depends on the person, i'm getting everything soon but my parents don't know about it so it's possible that they just send that "junk" (in their eyes) back lolz... But if you can get a mic but you continue to stick to text cause it's "safe", that's weak...

i have a mic but im too lazy to do audio.i dont feel like mixing the beat and doing this and that with the recording.ill save my audio for my future studio.for now im just gonna keep it text...but who knows....maybe i will try audio one day
