like give a deadline or shit. And then when that reaches, for each category, get the top 4 people for each. And then have a revote for each category where they only can choose one of those 4 people. :)

I got an Idea too, choose opions for each of the criteria, and have other, so that way if people don't know any, they can still vote someone who is eligible for it.
