the shure sm58 is a good vocal mic but there are better than that
if you want to spend a little more like audiotech's and AKG's

shit he coukld spend less and getter a better mic.,.. go buy a pre-amp and get the MXL 990.. its 59 bucks.. its a condenser mic, but for 60 bucks that shits good.. plentty other options
