what effect did you put over the city to give it that look? to me it looks kinda like a glassy type effect or somethin, ive been tryin to get somethin kinda like dat...

dark blue color overlay in the low 40%'s I think...

the text has a color dodge outer glow on it which makes the lighter part but you could just do it with the dodge tool...

hmm i like it. i think if the font had been a little more transparent it would looked a bit better, but other than that, its dope:thumbup:. y did u never answer my request for a sig :(
