tha background might b ok....but that luda pic is plaaaayyyyyyyyyed and maybe reduce tha opacity on tha white lines/smoke or wateva it is ..and make it so it takesup less space on tha sig

Cutting is ok, pic ids played though, border is weird, but goes well with the sig. Like R said put in some graffiti text. 6/10

ludacris shouldnt be part of the wave.. put a regular like 2 px black border in and its good, so as it is.. 6.5/10

i would put ludas layer above that wavy backround of yours and take off the border, then you might hve somethin goin for ya....
