hip hop is a culture, lifestyle, a frame of mind that consists of 4 main elements, rap grafitti, breakdancin and djing

mind over matter

hip hop is freedom of speech

if you rap PERIOD...your hip hop...i dont care if your rappin about cheeseburgers and gold chains...your hip hop....bare is exactly right with those categorys...its no way you can be like "man he aint even hip hop, he just a rapper"...thats like sayin, "o she aint even a human, she's a female"....feel it?
