does anyone use instrumentals when they are writing, and if so...whut are some that should be recommended?

i write in complete silence...but with a beat in my head

depends what i listened to before i started writing and what im writing about

if im writing deep shit ill listen to some pac and then keep that beat in my head and go along with that...so it all depends on what your writing and your taste...

depends on what im writin it for. if i heard the instrumental before and i thought it was hot so i decided to put somethin to it then i listen to it while im writin but if im jus wantin to write somethin i do it in silence.

like final, i write in complete silence, it helps me concentrate

when i writt a diss,i use backdown like instrumental

yea for diss, any heavy beat is good
