Just a little something ive been thinking about


I’ll take a stab at healing my wounds… really confused…
Cause I’m the one who put the cuts but never felt the abuse…
Cursing out at the world… Ain’t the way to relieve it…
But it’s the only way I know to keep my scars from bleeding…

Screaming deep in my lungs… Thinking…

How do I gain my life back… after losing everything that I love…?
A stranger hoping for help… When I talk nobody listens…
And I’ve got so used to it I start ignoring myself…
My soul is hurting now… My face I just forget…
I’m slowly burning out…Frustrations where I live…
I always second guess and now I dream with hopes to be…
The seed that never made it through her urethra and ovaries…
But I’m stuck with a conscious… airing out my dirty laundry…
Praying for a detergent… to get this filth up off my body…
Hardly focused on my life… being bothered by the fear…
While still searching for that reason… that God put me here…

My reflection… looks down on me… Devours me…
For prior used fallacies my mouth would never speak…
I’m cowering… It over powers me…
Surrounding me to always to keep the doubt in me…
I’m bound to be drowned and beat…
By fists connected to my wrists… That take it out on me…
And now it seems….... Helping hands don’t extend an arm…
When I’m forced to face the world with my back against the wall…

Most of these subjects have been done before and yet, it feels like something new everytime just because a person's experiences are never the same. The emotion in this drop was raw, you could tell it was honest from the heart. Vocab was tight, not overdone it but not too basic either. Flow and structure were tight too, good job!
