Yea its true... His real name is Operation 47.123 Version 3... The Canadian government was trying to create the most bitchmade, ugly lookin, no brain cell havinist critter ever imagined.... they had planned to attach bombs to em and walk em onto the U.S border-- and blame it on AL Qaeda... unfortunately they made him so dumb- He just wandered away from the lab and was picked up by a circus who taught him to pick things up with his toes, and tie his own shoes... he knows little other than that... but has a nice life in the idiot tent and small crate he travels in.
