Two Faced...
EDIT: THE TOPIC IS NOT TWO FACED. I FUCKED UP. THE TOPIC IS LIFE AND DEATH
We take life for granted, when truly we know... Not a single one of us can choose when we go... Live to die, but dont we actually just die to live? If heaven is so much greater, why waste time with this? As babies, we're carefree and we sleep in a basket... Then grow up so one day we can sleep in a casket... A graveyard. Leaving some faggots afraid of death... 6 feet deep, rotten where maggots can taste ya flesh... What scares me, is the uncertainty of what lies beyond... What will be there to greet me when I am finally gone? Will heaven take my soul and only leave my carcass? Or will i be left alone, dead, to sleep in darkness? If i knew the answer, then i would hate what im given... Because i dont want anything, to change how im livin... Death is mystery. But it's not like life is simple... It's hard just to go a day, and truley not be sinfull... Taking a chance in life, might put you in a hearse... But to not take any chances, that is truthfully worse... Do what you want to, live your life to the fullest... You never know, tomorrow, you just might hit a bullet... |

Not bad man. At points it seemed more like poetry than rap.. I think you could of benefitted in using a few bars for an intro type part.. Instead of just jumping right into it..
I get the feeling that by your last few bars you were kind of just forcing out as much as you could after having said what you wanted to say. If you had a line limit to meet, then you should of continued on with a different stance on the topic instead of keeping it like a narrative of a documentary type thing.. Was a good peice though.. Keep it up.. |
