Text is diminishing...most of the respected heads are moving onto audio. Slowly, but surely, audio may be far more active than text.

well audio is closer to real rap, so it makes sense. people want to get better and the best way is to go audio. i do text becuz i cant get a real audio program right now.

text is just a substitute for audio either you dont have the audio program or you do have audio an still do text for fun...

Most people, like myself, came to this board because it was a text battling site. Most are too proud to start at the bottom again once they are considered good at something. I personally thought I was the best at text so I decided to move on to more complicated things and start at the bottom. I guess you can't really move on from audio, but I doubt I'll ever be the best at it anyway :thumbup:

all true...but yeh soon audio will be more active...

word son....to me audio is on such a much higher level then Text...for instance lets take Soc for example...people said he was good at text...soon as he picked up that mic everybody hated him..bad...

id give more respect to and audio head then text head...

Depends what type of Audio tho'......
Audio freestyles are obviously harder than Text...

But theres diffrent aspects too text an audio, but when it comes ta audio tracks, its technically not all that diffrent from text, you still write shit, only you perform it on a mic......an in audio you can twist some words an how you say them, too make them rhyme easier, but Audio is much more difficult, an i dont think i have the right tone of voice for the style of my flow, my voice is too deep, an blah, i dont sound good on a mic.......

So, my first audio was bad quality? They couldn't even hear what I was saying genius boy, money says in less than a month i'll be more respected than you at audio too.

Seriously, look at my first text battle. I learn quickly faggot, and anyone hating now is sure to stop in the near future. If audio heads would be more concerned about actual spitting than how good your "quality" is on a fucking computer, the world would be a much less hypocritical place.

And as for the topic, text has been dying since mid-2004 because the concepts are running out. Thats why you see a lot more "played" lines, and a lot less wordplay and now people are moving into cliches which will run out in about a month. Then everyone will try using the same old personals and text will be dead. Not just RV, it's the whole net. The RBL at RM is even shutting down and that is the longest running text league there is. So welcome to common sense.

LOL, not just that, ALL audio. Anyways, there is a new track on my SC that I didn't bother posting cuz I already know whats wrong with it so feedback would be pointless. And I have improved quality about 50 times SINCE dropping that so :p

no...feedback wouldnt be pointless...its prolly more shit another ear can catch then urs..ckuz most of the time when u listen to ya tracks u say the lyrics to yaself...others dont kno the lyrics..so they are forced to listen...now...stop gettin buck wit me and read since u in high leveled classes...
