It was 44 Minutes, Starring Michael Madsen and Mario Van Peebles. And it was about 2, not 4, bank robbers. It's actually a depiction of the infamous North Hollywood Bank Robbery, the event which had the SWAT team first carrying the M-16. Before this incident, the 16 was strictly a military issued weapon, but the 2 men had kevlar body armor, which is a military-grade armor. If you know about the actual event, this movie chronicles it almost exactly. I'm too tired to review it any more.

was that the movie where they rob the bank and one dude is walkin alongside the car shootin ppl??? and then the cop is like runnin through a neighborhood and jumpin fences and shit?

^Yeah, I saw it on World's Wildest Plice Videos a few times, thought it was a pretty interesting story. Movie was dope too.
