Same Routine
Alarm clock sounds... Exhuasted, i hit the snooze... Feel like shit, regrettin that i hit the booze... Every day, the same thing, the same routine... Just mad that i ever have to wake from dreams... The only time in my life that i aint depressed... Untill i wake up and that feeling is laid to rest... Don't wanna but i know i gotta keep goin... Never quit, nope, you never see me slowin... But then again i keep moving at the same pace... Dont really see the reason i should gain haste... The day aint my time, i wanna get to night... And i know it solves no problems when i hit the pipe... A breath... Of sess... Will less... The stress... So i smoke the rest... Untill I aint depressed... Cause when I'm high, my mind just doesnt care... It's almost like I'm livin life, but i wasnt there... But 2 hours later, im back where i started... Cant talk to my friends, nope, their actin retarded... Break up with my bitch, Fuck, i hurl the phone... Then get prepared, to face this world alone... |

Kept vocab quite simple as usual but it doesn't affect the content in your drop. Emotion was nice, it had this melancholic vibe over it in my opinion. You had your flow on lock and imagery was there... Cause when I'm high, my mind just doesnt care... It's almost like I'm livin life, but i wasnt there... ^also feeling these for sure Enjoyed reading this piece! DQ |
