but the producers these days simply sellout,jus to get the c.r.e.a.m
I had a dream of rap back when it first began............

love filling the air,Im seeing a side of rap i could never expose
Im laying back,watching young mc...when all of a sudden my brain arose
this is incredible,credential..so suspencefull,this is past tense though
i keep drifting through hip hops previous,no such things as a violent rhyme
the code of the streets stays real,not to be voiced...love for a silent crime
lifestyles are true...new...never contridicted,not stricken with rage
as i look at a rhyme book,wisdom is thick in the page
its not about the beat,the money,tryna be the best.
its simply the love for music,life no need for less
as I hear hip hops heart pound,giving one last attempt to survive
I snap back to the future...were hip hops deprived.

So my mind starts to drift in a blurry of mixed emotions
guys looking at hip hop with fixed devotions
Im strickly roasting the media for there input in the game
helped in one way...yet stript it,killed,ripped it of brain
I cant blame them,money is to tempting these days
anything thats develop's minimal interest,we pay
its as if money is replacing religion to a certain extent
hop hops youth is lost,it should be hurt and repent
re-sent back to its child hood days,to rediscover its self
back before the time,were it relised it can uncover some wealth
