I vouch for Dmusic. I signed up because its NEVER down, been almost a year now and it's STILL hasn't been down once that I've ever seen or heard.

What they do is they let you put music for games so people don't have to get a liscense (never can spell that word right) from big time music artists. They won't let you post your music just because. I spose if you said other people can use it they might, but I doubt it.
