I know how to Turn them into Cartoons...Its something in Photoshop you have to do But...I forgot

yes it is, called vectoring, and i have tons of connections on who do them

I like the cartoon thing. I think we have found the next fad. lol. Overall I say it's pretty good, backround could have bin a bit better, same with the font, but other than that good job.
